DYNAMIC THINKING involves live coaching in a dynamic setting within your Root Cause Analysis methodologies. Participants learn the key words and phrases that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving. We will work with your team to dig deeper to solve real problems and provide effective corrective actions.

As part of the process, we review RCAs, customer complaint Investigations, operating and maintenance procedures, and management of change.
